A quirky and colourful marketing suite design always makes a great first impression.
Using bold colours, fun patterns and contemporary furniture, the space has been designed to appeal to the lifestyle and aspirations of potential first-time buyers.
Given the limited footprint, it was important that the customer journey and sales functionality was carefully considered during the design. The scheme has been split into zones – a formal sales desk, a casual seating area, and a marketing/storage space for the developer to display their material.
