The Company
Clayton & Company is a leading interior design business in the South West region, servicing the whole of the UK. We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a lively and creative team designing and installing stunningĀ interiors forĀ Show Homes, Hotels and Private Clients.
Clayton and Company, established in 1979, employs around 50 people, including creative designers, makers and installers. It has a strong family ethic with a core belief that work should be a positive part of our lives. We value integrity, respect and performance amongst suppliers, staff and customers.
The Job
About You
You will be a great communicator, confident, organised, outgoing, literate and numerate. You will have an interest in interior design and ideally experience of working in at least one of our sectors. Demonstrable skills for a BDM role is a must-have. Some background in four or five star hotel project delivery would be of particular value. A clean driving licence too, since the work involves travelling to Clients (day trips) and a car is available.
