Situated within the Kings Green Development in Upminster, Clayton & Company delivered the Abbey New Homes show home interior design for The Gainsborough, an award-winning five-bedroom executive show home that we had the pleasure of designing in collaboration with Abbey New Homes. Brought into the project at an early stage, we worked closely with the developer to shape the layout and interior design, ensuring each space felt elegant, welcoming and perfectly suited to modern family living. Our scheme combines soft, neutral tones with rich textures, considered lighting and bespoke joinery to deliver spaces that are both beautiful and practical. From elegant reception rooms through to a serene principal suite and versatile study, the design showcases liveable luxury across every floor. The interior design was recognised with the Best Interior Design award at the 2025 WhatHouse? Awards, reflecting our approach to balancing beautiful design with real-world functionality.
