Our interior scheme focused on delivering calm, modern homes that feel welcoming from the moment you step inside. Soft, neutral foundations are layered with warm textures, considered lighting and carefully chosen accent colours to create spaces that feel both aspirational and achievable. Open-plan layouts are styled to maximise light and flow, helping buyers visualise everyday living as well as entertaining.

The quality of the design and overall offering was recognised at the WhatHouse? Awards 2025, where the development received a Silver Award for Best Starter Home, a testament to the strength of the concept and its appeal to today’s buyers.
