Shelbourne Estates appointed Clayton & Company to deliver the show home interior design for two luxury four-bedroom show homes at the prestigious Arden Park development in Worcestershire -The Wimborne and The Adbury.
For The Wimborne, our design approach centred on refined, contemporary family living. We layered warm neutrals with tactile textures, sculptural lighting and bespoke styling details to create spaces that feel both aspirational and welcoming. The open-plan kitchen and dining area was styled to enhance flow and functionality, while the living spaces balance comfort with understated elegance. Large glazing and garden views were enhanced with bespoke cabinetry and furniture that maximises light and spatial flow, allowing prospective purchasers to imagine themselves truly at home.
In The Adbury, we developed a scheme that feels calm, sophisticated and effortlessly liveable. Natural materials, bespoke joinery styling and carefully considered accessories create moments of visual interest while maintaining cohesion throughout.
In the bedrooms, upholstered headboards, curated artwork and layered textiles introduce depth and softness, elevating each room beyond specification into a lifestyle statement.
Across both properties, our show home interior design approach focused on shaping a compelling buyer journey, transforming space into experience and specification into aspiration.
